Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tobias Westrich, Hochstraße 33, 66287 Quierschied, Deutschland, email support@blocrec.app) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement — for example a letter sent by post, or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is enough that you send your communication about exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
When the right of withdrawal lapses early
For contracts about digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal lapses once we have begun performing the contract, provided that you have
- expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period has expired, and
- confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving that consent.
We obtain both at checkout through two separate boxes, neither of them pre-ticked (§ 356 (5) BGB). If you do not tick them, no purchase is made. Both confirmations are recorded with a timestamp and repeated in the confirmation email you receive.

Withdrawal is not the same as cancellation. To end a running subscription use “Verträge hier kündigen” or cancel in your account.
